Waffle Run

Waffle Run is a Bakersfield, California running event presented in collaboration with the CSU Bakersfield Kinesiology Department. It features 5K Run/Walk, 10K Run, and Kids 5K Run/Walk (17 and under). The community atmosphere includes free waffles after the race, a post‑race snack pack, race photos, music at the start and finish, and water/electrolyte on the course.

The 5K and 10K start together, with clearly marked turnaround points. Water stations: 1 for 5K and 3 for 10K. Course maps are available via Strava.

Strollers are welcome; dogs are not recommended. Proceeds support PÁLI’s College Scholarship Fund, with shirts and medals for early registrants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
