Walnut Creek Turkey Trot

Walnut Creek Turkey Trot, presented by Forma Gym, is held at Civic Park in Walnut Creek, CA, on Thanksgiving morning. The event offers a 5K and a 10K through downtown Walnut Creek, with the 10K continuing onto the Iron Horse Trail; both courses are paved and flat. There are Kids Fun Runs (quarter mile, half mile, and 100-yard dash).

Proceeds benefit White Pony Express, Pledge to Humanity, and Forma Kids Foundation. The race features chip timing for the longer distances, aid stations, wave starts, and a post-race medal pick-up; weather is rain or shine. Packet pickup is at Forma Gym.
