Warhorse Gallop

The Warhorse Gallop 5K and Pony Trot is a fundraising running event taking place in Black Mountain, NC, aimed at supporting the running programs at Charles D. Owen High School and the Black Mountain Home for Children, Youth, and Families. The event features a multi-terrain 5K race with scenic mountain views, starting and finishing at the Owen High School Stadium, followed by a 1K Pony Trot for children aged 10 and under.
