Event overview
The Westminster School 5K Race takes place on November 15, 2025 at Westminster School, 3819 Gallows Road, Annandale, VA 22003. The event includes these distances:

Suggested age groups are provided: 5K for ages 8 and up, 1K for ages 5 and up, and the Fun Run for ages 1–5. Parking is available at Mason Crest Elementary School, 3705 Crest Dr, Annandale. The playground will be open and supervised during the 5K. The first 100 check-ins receive a special giveaway. There is a limited supply of race t-shirts for sale, and blazer pins are available for students who cross the finish line.
Awards, fundraising, and partners
The event offers cash prizes for the top overall male and female finishers in the 5K: 1st - $200, 2nd - $100, 3rd - $50. Additional age-group prizes for the 5K (ages 13-17 and ages 12 & under) include gift cards. The 1K awards book fair vouchers; the Fun Run awards a medal to all participants. The race supports Westminster School’s Dream to Reality Annual Giving Campaign with a fundraising goal of $25,000 and will donate a portion of proceeds to Warrior Canine Connection.
