Weston Fourth of July 5K Run/Walk

The Weston Fourth of July 5K Run/Walk, also known as the J45K, is a festive event held at Weston Town Center in Weston, Florida. Sponsored by the City of Weston and the YMCA of South Florida, this race invites participants to celebrate Independence Day by running or walking a 5K course in a patriotic atmosphere. All participants receive a finisher medal and a race t-shirt.

Despite South Florida's typical July heat and humidity, runners can cool off at the popular "hook and ladder shower" at the finish line.
