Wild Boar Night Run
Wild Boar Night Run takes place at Green Swamp Wilderness Preserve – West Tract in Dade City, Florida. The half-marathon trail course runs out along old forest roads and pasture lanes, then onto the Florida Trail to the McNeil Trailhead turnaround (about 6.6 miles out) for the loop, totaling roughly 13.1 miles. Runners savor a night-time, nature-filled atmosphere with frog calls, owls, and distant wildlife, guided by pink flag markers.
Aid stations offer sodas, pickles, snacks, and electrolyte drinks; after the race, a potluck meal awaits. Free camping, drop bags, and finish-line awards for the top four overall accompany merch options. It’s part of Skunk Ape Trail Series.
