Wild in the Woods - 5 & 10 mile Trail Race is held at Broemmelsiek Park, Defiance, MO, in St. Charles County. The fifth annual edition on December 6, 2025, offers two trail distances: 5 miles and 10 miles.
It is the second event in the Big River Trail Series, a points-based circuit where runners earn series points by participating in at least three of six races (including The Skippo, Wild in the Woods, and Castlewood Cup).
