Wings of Hope 5K

Wings of Hope 5K takes place on November 8, 2025, in Pinehurst, North Carolina, at the FirstHealth Fitness Center on Memorial Drive. The family-friendly 5K run/walk honors lung cancer survivors, caregivers, and those touched by the disease, walking in honor, memory, or celebration. The course is a 5K trail with gravel and pavement and modest inclines, winding through the Pinehurst community among longleaf pines; strollers are welcome and service animals only.

All proceeds benefit the FirstHealth Cancer CARE Fund, with 100% directed to cancer patients in the community. Prizes include ribbons for top male and female finishers in the 14+ and under 13 groups.
