Registration, included items, and policies
Registration options include economy packages that skip swag. Standard registration includes a custom WTF race hoodie, WTF finisher medal, chip timing with live results, race day photos, post-race food and drinks, and age group awards. The event is part of a bundle with the Summer Trail Fest Ultra (50K, Half Marathon, 5 Mile) that offers connecting medals and a 15% discount per event when bundled.
Refund and transfer rules: no refunds within 30 days of the event; requests made earlier than 30 days may receive a 50% refund of the entry fee excluding processing fees. Entries cannot be deferred to another year or event. Entries may be transferred to another individual for a $5 transfer fee; T-shirt size cannot be changed. If the race is canceled for reasons beyond the race director's control, refunds will not be made but race packets and shirts will be made available at a location to be determined.
