Winterfest 5K - Event details
The Winterfest 5K takes place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in Saint Louis, MO. It is the 5th annual Winterfest 5K and 1-Mile Run/Walk, produced in partnership with Big River Race Management. Race proceeds benefit the Gateway Arch Park Foundation. The course travels through the reimagined 91-acre Arch grounds and begins and ends at Kiener Plaza.

- 5K Run/Walk
- 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk (route goes from Kiener Plaza to the Arch grounds, around the Arch, and back)
Logistics and items
The event location is Kiener Plaza, 500 Chestnut Street, Saint Louis, MO 63101. Participants receive a special edition Winterfest t-shirt and a medal. Overall winners in the 5K will receive special prizes. Registrations completed before October 20 are guaranteed a shirt size and medal.
Packet pickup is at Kiener Plaza, north side near 6th Street by the Visitors Center, on:
- Tuesday 11/18 from Noon to 2pm
- Wednesday 11/19 from Noon to 2pm
- Thursday 11/20 from 5pm to 7pm
- Race Day 11/22 from 6:45am to 7:30am
