Woodmont 5K

The Woodmont 5K is a scenic running event held in Milford, Connecticut, starting at Trubee Doolittle Park along Beach Avenue. The course is mostly flat and runs along the shoreline, offering a pleasant atmosphere for runners and walkers. The race is limited to 475 participants with online registration only, and no day-of-race sign-ups are allowed.

All pre-registered participants by July 1 receive a Dri-Fit T-shirt. Timing is computerized by The Last Mile Race Racing. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in 10-year age groups, plus overall male and female winners.
