About the race
Wor-Wic 5K Hero Run is an annual fundraiser on the Wor-Wic Community College campus at 32000 Campus Drive, Salisbury, MD 21804. The event offers a 5K run and a 2-mile walk for the public, plus a First Responder Team Cup Challenge for local law enforcement, fire, and EMS teams. There’s also a Kids' Hero Run and an Obstacle Course for children 9 and under.
The morning concludes with refreshments, prizes, and an awards ceremony, creating a family-friendly, celebratory atmosphere on Wor-Wic’s campus near Route 50 and Walston Switch Road.
