Course and additional information
The event is held at Trap Pond State Park on the Bob Trail. The main race follows a 4.5-mile loop around the 90-acre Trap Pond. The route goes through hardwood forests, crosses a dam at Raccoon Pond, and uses boardwalk bridges through freshwater swamps. The course passes areas of fall foliage typical of Sussex County lowlands during autumn. Proceeds from the event support Legacy Academy. Sponsors are listed at the event page.
