WTRC Turkey Trot

The WTRC Turkey Trot, organized by the West Texas Running Club, is a popular annual running event held on Thanksgiving Day. Established in 1993, the event features a 2-mile run/walk suitable for participants aged 5 and older, as well as a 12K run for those aged 16 and above. The race takes place at the Fibermax Center for Discovery in Lubbock, Texas, and is limited to 1,500 participants, with no race day registration available.
