About the race
YMCA Autumn Dash 5K is a chip-timed 5K race held in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania, in Southern York County. Runners and walkers start and finish at the W. Dale Brougher Foundation YMCA, with a loop that winds along county roads through the SpiriTrust Lutheran Campus and Miller Park before returning to the YMCA.
The course emphasizes safety with professional traffic control and on-site first aid. Awards include overall winners and age groups; registrants by early deadline receive a moisture-wicking long-sleeve shirt. Proceeds support YMCA programs and WellSpan Health Sports Medicine, and spectators can view from the YMCA campus or Miller Park.
