Zombie Mania

Zombie Mania is a unique 5K race held in Rexburg, Idaho, featuring a flat loop course through Nature and Eagle Parks. Participants wear flags representing their health while volunteers dressed as zombies attempt to steal these flags, adding an exciting capture-the-flag element to the run. The event welcomes all ages and fitness levels, encouraging runners to move at their own pace—ideally faster than the zombies! For those who prefer a less intense experience, a 1-mile Costume Run is also offered, allowing participants to dress up without zombie chases.
