Zombierunner Quarry Lakes

The ZombieRunner Quarry Lakes event, held at Quarry Lakes Regional Recreation Area in Fremont, CA, offers a variety of race distances including 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, 30K, Marathon, and age-specific 5K and 10K races, plus a free Kid's Run for children 6 and under. The courses are flat, fast, and scenic, following the Alameda Creek Trail up to Niles Canyon. The Half Marathon and Marathon courses are USATF certified.

Surfaces include crushed rock and asphalt. Aid stations stocked with water, electrolyte drinks, and snacks are spaced every 2-5 miles. The event promotes environmental responsibility by being cupless, encouraging runners to bring their own hydration containers.
