3-2-1 Dash for Down Syndrome 5K

The 3-2-1 Dash for Down Syndrome 5K & Fun Run is an annual springtime event held in Charlotte, North Carolina, at Blakeney Professional Drive. Celebrating World Down Syndrome Day on March 21, the race features a traditional 5K plus an extra dash symbolizing the third copy of the 21st chromosome found in individuals with Down syndrome.
