9/11 Commemorative 5K
The 9/11 Commemorative 5K Run/Walk is an annual free event held in Graham, North Carolina, at the City Hall Campus. Scheduled for September 6, 2025, the race features a 5K route starting at the Graham Police Department, looping through Maple, McAden, Main, and Pine Streets before finishing. A Fun Run option offers a shorter distance by looping twice around the course.
The event honors first responders with a special "First Responders Team Cup," awarding medals to the top three teams composed of fire, police, EMS, and military personnel. Medals are also given to the top three age group winners. Proceeds benefit Children of Fallen Heroes.
