9/11 Run to Remember

The 9/11 Run to Remember 5K takes place in downtown Cartersville, Georgia, with the Start/Finish at Friendship Plaza (10 North Public Square). The 5K course features a downtown loop, including a memorable segment where runners pass through Cartersville Fire Department Station #1, entering the bay and receiving cheers from firefighters and first responders before returning to the finish. The event honors 9/11 first responders on the anniversary, highlighted by a pre-race presentation of colors by the Cartersville Fire Department Honor Guard.
