CadeSTRONG 5K Run-and-Roll

CadeSTRONG 5K Run-and-Roll takes place at Nathan Dean Park in Rockmart, GA, with a 5K out-and-back course along the scenic Silver Comet Trail featuring gentle river inclines and a finish back at the park. In addition to the 5K, the event offers a 1 Mile Run/Walk and a 1 Mile Wheelchair option, plus a free Tot Trot for kids under six. The evening race blends athletic competition with family-friendly festivity—inflatable attractions, food trucks, games, and music from J103—while raising funds for spinal cord injury survivors.
