Acadia Half Marathon

Set on Mount Desert Island in Bar Harbor, Maine, the Acadia Half Marathon & 10K is the Mount Desert Island YMCA’s major fundraising event. The race features a spectacular 13.1-mile course along Acadia National Park’s Loop Road, plus a 10K, both highlighting the island’s rugged coastline and coastal scenery. One of only a few races held inside Acadia National Park, the course welcomes runners and walkers alike, with walkers encouraged to participate at a comfortable pace.
