Adams County Winery Haunted Wine Run 5k
The event is a Halloween-themed 5K held at Adams County Winery, 251 Peach Tree Rd, Orrtanna, PA on October 26, 2025. The course starts and finishes at the winery and follows a two-lap route that meanders through the winery property. The venue includes gardens and a historic tasting room housed in an 1860s-era bank barn. The race is chip timed and results are posted online by J3 Timing.
Registration, timing and participant details
Registration includes a T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a wine-glass-shaped finisher medal, a chip-timed race bib and a pour of wine. Minors may participate with a discounted registration; minors do not receive the wine glass or a pour of wine. Packet pickup takes place on race day beginning one hour before the event. A virtual participation option is available; packets can be picked up locally or shipped for a $10 shipping and handling fee.
Top finishers receive age-group awards scored in 10-year categories, with awards available for pickup the day of the event. Walking is allowed. Strollers are permitted but not recommended because of uneven ground. Dogs are not allowed on site. The event lists Cumberland Valley Breast Care Alliance as a local charity partner.
