General information and rules: all participants must have an active USAT membership for the event and follow USAT rules. Athletes are required to show photo ID; youth 17 and under without ID must be with a parent or guardian who has ID. Athletes must pick up their own packets. No drafting beyond a 15 second pass, headphones are prohibited, and helmets must be fastened whenever in possession of a bike. The bike course can be completed with a hybrid but a mountain bike is recommended. Trail runs are on flat trails with a mix of hard packed surfaces and sand. Kayak rental is available as an add-on.
