Alameda Pride Fun Run

Alameda Pride Fun Run/Walk is a 5K event in Alameda, California, starting and finishing at the Alameda Elks Lodge (2255 Santa Clara Avenue). The course travels along Santa Clara Avenue to Grand Street, then Shoreline to Willow and back to Santa Clara, concluding at the Elks Lodge. This non-timed race welcomes participants of all ages and encourages festive, colorful outfits as part of Alameda’s Pride celebration.

Each runner or walker receives a T-shirt, water, and snacks provided by Alameda Starbucks, with prizes for top finishers. Proceeds support inclusivity and diversity initiatives, including anti-bullying programs, school GSA efforts, LGBTQ+ scholarships, local LGBTQ+ businesses, and a planned LGBTQ+ youth center.
