Arab Rush 5K

Arab Rush 5K is a community running event held at Arab City Park in Arab, Alabama. The day features a 5K run and a 1-mile Fun Run, with proceeds benefiting Arab High School cross country teams (varsity and junior varsity boys and girls). The 5K course is not USATF-certified.

Registration includes a bib and T-shirt, with extra shirts available for purchase and a small up-charge for 2XL/3XL sizes. Volunteers can sign up, and there is a separate packet pickup schedule. Prizes are awarded to the top male and female finishers in each age division, with additional prizes for overall winners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
