About the race
16th Annual Pink Pumpkin Run takes place in Guntersville, Alabama, at Guntersville Civitan Park, hosted by The Foundation for Marshall Medical Centers. The event offers 5K, 10K, and 1 Mile Fun Run, inviting runners, walkers, and families. Emphasizing community and cancer care, the circus-themed day—Step Right Up to Beat Cancer—features music, kids’ activities, photo ops, costumes, and a Pink Pancake Brunch.
Proceeds support cancer care services at Marshall Medical Centers, especially the Mammography Assistance Program. Packet pickup is available prior to race morning, and a Sleep In option allows a shirt-only contribution. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
