Be Free 5K

The Be Free 5K is a running and walking event taking place at Mulberry Rock Park in Dallas, GA, on April 26, 2025. Organized by Be Free Fitness, the event aims to promote empowerment and community through fitness. Participants can choose between the 5K run and a Kids 1K Fun Run, with all children receiving medals.
