The BIG LEX 4 Miler is an annual race held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Keeneland Racecourse in Lexington, KY (4201 Versailles Road, Lexington 40510). The event is presented by VisitLEX and features a unique 4-mile route through the historic Keeneland grounds. The race offers overall and age group awards and provides free race photos.

Format and services
Online registration opens January 1, 2026. Commemorative short-sleeve performance shirts are available in men’s, women’s and youth sizes; virtual participants can receive a mailed shirt and bib or use local packet pickup. Advanced day packet pickup will be announced closer to the race; race morning packet pickup will be at Keeneland near the race start/finish area. Additional on-site elements include a DJ and event photography. A referral program offers a $10 refund when three referred registrants sign up using the provided link.
