Overview
The Rodeo Stampede - Shreveport is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2026 in Shreveport, LA (place listed as TBD Shreveport Area). The event is run by Bigfoot Running Company and includes family-focused activities such as a Kids Dash, a cowboy costume contest, a DJ, and a Bigfoot mascot for photos. - 5K (3.11 miles) - chip timed; overall trophies and age group awards.
- Quarter Marathon (6.55 miles) - chip timed; overall trophies and age group awards.
- Half Marathon (13.1 miles) - chip timed; overall trophies and age group awards.
- Volunteer then Run 5K (3.11 miles) - limited to first 10 sign-ups; includes chip timed bib, tee, and medal.
- Virtual Run
Course surfaces may include pavement, crushed granite, and dirt paths. Packet pickup is offered for 1.5 hours before the event. Shirt orders are guaranteed only if placed at least 10 days before the race. Volunteer roles and awards include overall male/female trophies, masters recognition for age 40+, and age-group pins through 70+. The costume contest winner receives a free future race entry, a "Rodeo Runslinger" trophy, and a Bigfoot prize pack; the winner is chosen by crowd reaction.
