Registration, awards and policies
5k/10k/Half Marathon registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and custom finisher medal. Timed races use chip timing with live results and awards; free photos and finish-line snacks are provided. The 1 Mile, Kid's Dash, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age group awards. Age group awards for timed events include Male and Female Overall, Male and Female Masters (40+), and top 3 Male and Female in multiple age brackets up to 80+. Packet pickup is available on race day starting 1.5 hours before the race. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and mailed packet (ships the Wednesday after the race); virtual runners may upload times and photos. Bodies Race Company states a strict no-refund policy; events proceed in most weather and may transfer registrants to virtual only if cancellation is required.
