Registration notes: 5k and 12k entries include a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The 1 Mile and Kids Dash are untimed; the Kids Dash is for ages 10 and under and includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a kids' medal. The virtual option includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and packet shipping; packets ship the Wednesday after the race.
Logistics, awards, and policies
Chip timing with live results, awards, free photos, and finish-line treats are provided. Course maps are published but the course is subject to change. Age-group awards apply to the 5k and 12k, including overall, masters (40+), and top 3 in standard age brackets; the Kids Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and not eligible for age-group awards. Packet pickup is available on race day. The event has a no-refund policy; cancellation occurs only if the venue requires it or if ice hazards exist, with transfers to the virtual event if cancellation is necessary.
