Bound for the Sound

Bound for the Sound is a running event taking place in Old Lyme, Connecticut, featuring a 5K, 10K, and a 1 Mile Family Fun Run. The courses start at the scenic Sound View Beach and are designed to be fast and enjoyable, with the 10K featuring gentle rolling hills and the 5K being very flat. Participants receive a race t-shirt and chip timing, with post-race food and drinks provided.
