Entry, awards and logistics
Registration features age-based pricing: $0 for ages 0-11, $25 for ages 12-17, and $35 for the listed adult brackets. Registration closes October 31, 2025 at 11:59pm EDT; registering by October 20 guarantees a shirt. The event page notes that entering the race or sponsoring the program are ways to support the LaBelle High School Cross Country team.
Awards will be given to the top female and male finisher in each age group, plus overall male and female winners. A separate prize will be awarded for the best Dia de Los Muertos representation. There will be an awards ceremony and refreshments after the race. Race day packet pickup opens at 6:15 am at LaBelle High School; there will not be early packet pickup.
