Candy Cane Sprint

Organized as the 2nd Annual Candy Cane Sprint 2.5 Miler in Columbia, CT, the holiday-themed race supports Columbia Parks & Recreation and covers 2.5 miles. Held at 60 Hennequin Road, the event features a USA/TF certified course with professional chip timing by The Last Mile Racing. The festive atmosphere includes on-course and start/finish line music, candy cane socks and a custom holiday race bib, plus large division awards.

All finishers receive a candy cane, and there are post-race snacks. This race is the opening event in the Holiday Challenge. It invites runners of all levels to celebrate the season in a festive, family-friendly setting. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
