About the race
The Cantigny 5K Run/Walk 2025 takes place at Cantigny in Wheaton, Illinois. The event offers a 5K chip-timed course for runners and walkers, plus a 1-mile Run for ages 6–10 and a 1/4-mile Run for ages 0–5 (non-chipped). The course winds through Cantigny’s grounds and Cantigny Golf, passing gardens, the Robert R.
McCormick House, and the First Division Museum, with a note that course modifications are in place due to golf course construction. Digital clocks mark mile markers, and water stations are available at the halfway point and start/finish.
