About the race
Christmas Rush Fun Run and Walk is a holiday-themed event in Kent, Washington, at Hogan Park, 24400 Russell Road. It offers two races: a 10k and a 5k run/walk along the Green River. The 10k is a certified out-and-back clockwise course along Russell Road to Meeker and back via a pedestrian bridge.
The 5k is a modified out-and-back finishing near the city shops. Awards are by age group after the race; there’s a garage sale and shirts with registration (deadline mid-November). Registration opens in October; 13 and under participate free courtesy of Taylor Farms.
Parking at Hogan Park; packet pickup at Road Runner Sports, Kent Station. Dogs not allowed; strollers permitted with care. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
