Christmas Rush
The Christmas Rush Fun Run and Walk is an annual event held in Kent, Washington, starting at Hogan Park on Russell Road. It features two race distances: a certified 10K out-and-back course running clockwise along Russell Road, Meeker Street, and the Green River trail, and a modified 5K out-and-back course also running clockwise with scenic views including a pedestrian bridge and golf course trail. The event offers a festive atmosphere with awards for each age group and free participation for children 13 and under, sponsored by Taylor Farms.
Strollers are allowed, but dogs are not due to course crowding. Packet pickup is available before race day, and volunteers support race operations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
