The CHRISTMASTOWN event on December 13, 2025, at Frankenmuth River Place in Frankenmuth, MI, is a community 5K that starts and ends at the River Place Shops. The route takes runners and walkers on a scenic tour of Frankenmuth. The event offers multiple entry options: a 5K run, a 5K fun run/walk (no shirt), a 5K walk, and a 5K walk (no shirt).
Registration, logistics and extras
Early registration fees include a t-shirt, hot cocoa, cookies, and a finish medal for adults and children who register by November 30. Early registration prices without a shirt are lower; prices increase after November 30 and late registrations do not include a t-shirt. Registration must be completed online. Race-day packet pickup is available starting at 8 a.m. at River Place Shops near the Cass River Bar and Grill. The event is non-refundable and will take place rain or shine. Awards will be given to the overall top three male and top three female runners and walkers. Proceeds support Rotary projects for student programs, health initiatives, and community-based initiatives. Participants may wear holiday accessories.
