CleftStrong 5k

The CleftStrong 5K and Kids 1K is an annual running event held at Dwight D. Eisenhower Park along the scenic Leon Creek Greenway in San Antonio, Texas. Scheduled for October 12, 2025, the event offers both a 5-kilometer race and a 1-kilometer kids' fun run for ages 4-12.
