Event overview
The Cleveland Metroparks Ugly Sweater 5k is scheduled for December 7, 2025, at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, 3900 Wildlife Way, Cleveland, OH 44109. This is the inaugural Ugly Sweater 5K. The event includes the following distances:

- 1 Mile
Course maps are provided for both distances. Participants receive a custom race t-shirt, a finisher medal, post-race refreshments, and zoo admission. Dogs are not allowed.
Registration and logistics
Registration is $30 from October 22 through December 5 and $35 from December 6 through race day. Race day registration is available online only. Registration/packet pick-up is provided on race day. Spectators must purchase zoo admission online; zoo membership does not allow free entry. Ticket prices listed are $21.50 for adults (ages 12-61), $19.50 for seniors (62+), and $17.50 for juniors (ages 2-11).
