Event overview
The 11th annual Cream City 5K Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Greenfield Park, 2028 S 124th St, Milwaukee, WI 53227. The event raises awareness for organ, tissue, and eye donation and has been held since 2016. Offerings include in-person and virtual options and a loop course. Registered participants receive gender-specific long sleeve technical race shirts and post-race food and drink at the finish area. The event includes a kids fun run for children 10 and under, held in memory of a child whose organs were donated. The event will occur rain or shine.

Awards for the 5K include top 3 overall men and women, top masters (first male and female age 40+), and top 3 in standard age groups from 10 & under through 70+.
