About the race
The Cross Timbers Trail Run, held annually in Gordonville, Texas, is the oldest trail running event in the state, celebrating its 45th edition in 2026. Set along the rugged shoreline trails of Lake Texoma, the race offers a variety of distances including a 5-mile run, half marathon, marathon, and a challenging 50K, catering to runners of all levels. Participants enjoy some of the best running weather Texas experiences each year.
