Day of the Dead Series

Day of the Dead Series is a two-day running event in Las Cruces, New Mexico, letting runners compete on Day 1, Day 2, or both. The USATF-certified, Boston-qualifying course starts at La Llorona Park on Picacho Ave and is described as fast and flat, paved with a crushed gravel lane alongside. Runners complete 1.1 miles out and back per lap, with six laps making the half marathon and twelve laps the full marathon.

Distances also include 5K and 10K. The event features a no-time-limit policy, walkers welcome, and a no runner left behind policy. Each day awards a medal; every participant receives a t-shirt, plus generous aid stations.
