No dogs are allowed on the course. Awards for the Adult 5k include overall male and female winner and runner-up gift certificates ($100 and $75) and age-group prizes for standard 5-year categories from 19-24 through 75+. Awards for the Kids 5k include $50 gift cards for overall winners and awards for 1st and 2nd place by age groups (9 and under, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18).
Registration, packet pick-up and policies
Entry fees change by date: early registration through November 14 is $25; November 15-30 is $30; December 1-10 is $35; race day registration is $40. A $5 discount applies at checkout for participants who decline a race shirt.
Packet pick-up is available Monday, December 8 through Wednesday, December 10 at Sportspectrum (10:00 am - 6:00 pm), and on Thursday, December 11 at Sportspectrum (10:00 am - 3:00 pm) and later at the race site. Refunds are allowed: 100% if canceled more than 30 days before race day, 50% if canceled between 30 days and two weeks before race day, and none within two weeks. Race entry transfers are allowed at least two weeks before race day for a $10 fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
