Dragon Trails 25K
The Dragon Trails 25K Winter Edition is a challenging trail running event held at Pearsall Park in San Antonio, Texas. It features three race distances: the Great Dragon 25K, a rugged two-loop course with 1,556 feet of elevation gain; the Ultimate Dragon 10K, covering the first loop of the 25K with steep hills; and the SA Toughest 5K, known for its intense climbs totaling nearly 100 feet per kilometer. Runners face rocky terrain, hills, and heat, with water stops approximately every mile.
Participants receive race medals or finisher tiles, a singlet, and a post-race taco breakfast. The event includes age group awards and an energetic after-race party with music and photography. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
