Emancipation Day 5K

Emancipation Day 5K is held in historic Laurel, Maryland and offers a 5K Run/Walk, a 1 Mile Fun Walk, and a Virtual 5K. The 13th annual event benefits the University of Maryland Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology‑Midtown, which serves diabetics in Baltimore City and surrounding counties. Runners receive a custom race bib and finish medal; online results are posted immediately, with on‑site awards for overall and age groups.
