About the race
The Adrenaline Rush 5K is the first annual run/walk in Silver Spring, Maryland, organized by Adrenal Cure Collective to raise funds for adrenal cancer research. The 5K route is mostly paved with rolling hills and some trail and gravel sections. The event features a kid-friendly Fun Run and a post-race celebration with a DJ, refreshments, and networking opportunities, creating a festive, community-focused atmosphere.
Two water stations dot the course, with Gatorade available at one stop. All participants receive a race shirt and a finisher medal. Packet pickup is at the Courtyard Washington Downtown Convention Center in downtown Silver Spring. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
