Families Run for Ovarian Cancer ROC Star 5k

Families Run for Ovarian Cancer ROC Star 5k & 1-Mile Run/Walk returns for its 19th year at a new location, Tower Grove Park in Saint Louis, MO. The family- and dog-friendly event offers a timed 5k and a 1-mile route, plus a Kids 1-Mile Fun Run and a ROC from Home option for virtual participants. All registrations include a limited edition shirt.

The day features a Survivor Ceremony, an Honor and Memory Wall, flu shots from Walgreens (ages 7+), music by TKO DJs, selfie stations, and visits from Fredbird and Louie, with treats from Krispy Kreme, Kona Ice, and more.
