About the race
Fort Hunt Park in Alexandria, VA hosts a flat, paved 5k and 10k loop. The 5k runs 2.5 laps and the 10k five laps, with no significant elevation. The course is a paved park road; walkers and strollers are welcome, creating a family-friendly atmosphere.
Each finisher receives a medal, a technical shirt, and a chip-timed bib. The race benefits the John P. Mayhugh Foundation, focusing on brain health, PTSD, TBI, and addiction recovery.
