FOURmidable is a set of trail races held Saturday, February 21, 2026, in Auburn, California (298 Pacific Ave). The course runs in the Sierra Nevada foothills. Distances offered include:
- 50K
- 35.5K
- 1/2 Marathon
- 13K
The event is organized by Singletrack Running.
Registration, prizes and records
Registration closes Thursday, February 19 at 11:59 PM PT. During registration runners may donate toward prize money; Singletrack Running will match 100% of donations up to $3,000. Donations and the match will fund the prize purse for the 50K only. The total prize pool will be unknown until race day.
The prize pool for the 50K will be split 50/50 by gender, then each gender share will be distributed 50% to first place, 30% to second place, and 20% to third place. An additional $500 will be awarded to the first runner who breaks the current course record in each gender. The current 50K course records are 3:29:31 (male, 2023) and 4:06:58 (female, 2023).
